Refund and Return Policy

1. Returns

• Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
• Time Frame: You have 7 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are exempt from being returned, including perishable goods, intimate or sanitary products, and gift cards.

3. Refunds

• Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.

4. Exchanges

5. Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail it to the address provided by us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
